We are seeing market conditions that are extremely similar to this time last year - buyer demand is high and increasing and competition is fierce. It’s not uncommon for a property that is presented and priced well to have anywhere from 10-30 offers right now. Buyers are prepared to bid well over asking and to waive all contingencies to be able to compete in this strong seller’s market.
If you are buying, don’t wait. Prices and interest rates are on the rise. We are active in the market and will guide you through the process with the latest data on how to best market your home or to present your most competitive offer. |
