The spring market is upon us and The Heyday Group has been hard at work scouring the market for our buyers and helping our sellers navigate the process of selling their homes in a market where demand is so high. The market continues to be HOT in Austin and 2022 is looking to possibly be more robust than the unprecedented market we saw in 2021. Rising interest rates may start to slow buyer demand, but so far we are not seeing the impact of this. If you are thinking about buying this year, please reach out so that I can provide information about what the buying landscape looks like and what it will take to win in a multiple offer situation.
If you're considering selling this spring or summer (typically "peak season"), now is a great time for us to start planning so that we can help you maximize the return on your real estate investment. You may be surprised by the value of your home given the prices that comparable homes are selling for so far this year. Whatever your real estate need may be, we are here to enthusiastically advise you.
All my best.

A Preview of Austin FC in Year Two
Austin FC might’ve played its inaugural home match at Q2 stadium just last June, but the team kicks off its second season much earlier this year, on February 26. Undoubtedly, Austin FC’s first season yielded mixed results, with the club finishing second to last in the Western Conference. Yet that didn’t deter citywide support, as the team’s crowds landed them squarely among the top of the MLS for average attendance. In fact, Austin FC has sold out every single match they’ve played at Q2 Stadium so far.
