
Tessa Lauritzen Osborn
Born and raised in Austin, Tessa Lauritzen has a love for all things local. Her lifelong experience of the city has afforded her a rich tapestry of knowledge of Austin’s communities and people. Her independence and ambition were stoked early on by her entrepreneur-father, who started and grew his music management company in Austin. The importance of supporting homegrown businesses is a value she practices in earnest.
Along with her local expertise, Tessa brings a flair for details and a genuine passion for her work as an assistant to Meredith Alderson. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies with an emphasis on corporate communications and a minor in business. In addition to her studies, she served as Public Relations chair, organized events, and ran social media for her college sorority.
With an appreciation for architecture and interior design and a service-oriented personality, a career in real estate felt precisely right for Tessa. She was bitten by the real estate bug after playing an integral part in real estate transactions for her parents over the past several years. She enjoys connecting with a diverse array of people in her work for clients. Nothing is more important than helping a client find a property they love. Tessa is excited to be working with Meredith to help serve their clients in the best way possible.
In her free time, you can find her walking her dog Ralphie around the hike and bike trail, cheering on the Texas Longhorns, and catching some live music at The Mohawk or ACL Live. Her love of music runs deep—she’s attended every Austin City Limits music festival since it started in 2002. Tessa also makes it a point to get to know the “new” Austin, often meeting up with friends to try new restaurants and venues. This Austinite also jumps at the chance to travel somewhere new, now and then.
