Prices are stabilizing, with a modest uptick in the City of Austin and a slight dip across the broader MSA. Sales in the city held steady, while the larger Austin area experienced about an 8% decline. Burnet Place is also part of the city’s Affordability Unlocked program, making space for more inclusive housing in Austin.
